Halloween

We had fun at a pumpkin patch with Dawn and her kids.

Eli has had a thing for Zebras lately, and was very excited to be one for Halloween. This picture was taken right before Hayden and Riley's birthday party on October 30th. Eli didn't like wearing the head that came with his costume, so I gave him a black and white mohawk and painted his face. He actually did a pretty good job of holding still for me (as good as you can expect from a 2-year-old). The next day when I finished feeding Jude I found him in the backyard trying to spray paint his hair black again. So he seemed to actually enjoy getting his hair styled.

Jude made a dang cute little dragon.

The next day, for Halloween, I just had Eli wear the Zebra head. I didn't think my chances were very good that he would hold still for me two days in a row.

Back in Oregon

Before we moved, we celebrated the 4th of July with the Websters. I think the saddest thing about our move is how much Eli misses Andrew.

Shortly after the move, Eli fell down the stairs into the basement. I was trying to get a good picture of the bruise on his eyelid.

When I asked him to close his eyes, so I could see his bruise, this is what I got:

For about the first month of our stay at Steve and Charmaine's house, Dawn and Gene's family were here too, while they waited to close on their house.

Jude really likes his binkie. He thinks it is a really funny trick to put it in backwards:

We had a fun day at the park last Saturday, soaking up the very last rays of sunlight.

Two Cute Boys

Yes, Eli actually fell asleep with a pretzel hanging out of his mouth.

Jude is 4 months old in this picture.

Whenever I give Eli grapes he shoves about 6 in his mouth and looks like this for at least the next 30 minutes.

Here Jude is 5 months.

And the winner for most un-attractive picture of the year goes to:

The First 8 weeks of Jude's Life

There are more pictures of Jude than there are of Eli because every time I get out the camera Eli says "No Cheese!" and gives me this face:

I did, however, get one good one by asking him to hold up his Puppy so that I could take it's picture.  He loves acting like his Puppy is part of the family, so he gave right in.
